Community Overview: Sun Cove

Welcome to Sun Cove, also know as Lake Entiat Estates! A beautiful community located on Lake Entiat on the east side of the Columbia River in Orondo, Washington. Just 30 miles north of Wenatchee! Below we've put together a brief overview of the neighborhood, location, amenities and rules & regulations associated with the beautiful Columbia River community of Lake Entiat Estates.
Ammenities:
Currently, there are 440 lots within the Sun Cove association featuring:
- One community park with two beaches and three coves. Each cove has multiple boat docks and one cove has a boat launch.
- A community clubhouse. Sun Cove's clubhouse is complete with a kitchen, table games (pool, ping pong, etc.) games, books and movies. Relax by the fireplace, watch some TV
- Community outdoor pool.
- Sun Cove has 2 playgrounds, a volleyball court, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, and a basketball court.

The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CCRs) offer practical direction to maintain neighborhood values and harmony including:
