Welcome to Crystal View Estates! Located on the north side of Lake Chelan about 3.9 miles out of downtown Chelan.  Below we've put together a brief overview of the neighborhood, location, amenities and rules & regulations associated the community of Crystal View Estates.

• Rules and Reglations. The Crystal View Estates Rules and Regulations help protect community members and their properties by setting forth the policies for owning, occupying and use of the community.

• Short Term Rentals. Short term rentals are allowed (through approval from Chelan County and require yearly registration and fee).
