Welcome to Chelan Ridge! Located on the south side of beautiful Lake Chelan near Lake Chelan State Park. Tucked into the beautiful Douglas Fir and Ponderosa Pines, the wildlife is abundant, the community is quiet and the views are stunning, yet still close to town, located just 10 minutes west of downtown Chelan.  Below we've put together a brief overview of the neighborhood, location, amenities and rules & regulations associated the community of Chelan Ridge!

Lots in the Chelan Ridge Community Association feature:
    • Gated community waterfront and deep water marina.
    • Waterfront community features parking, bathrooms and day use boat dock.
    • 23 year round boat slips which accomodate boats up to 28 feet.
    • Close to the best golfing, fishing, water sports, hiking, hunting, snow skiing, snowmobiling, trail riding, and sightseeing around!

Regulations & HOA:

The Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions (CCRs) offer practical direction to maintain neighborhood values and harmony including:
  • Rules and Reglations. Chelan Ridge Community Association Rules and Regulations help protect community members and their properties by setting forth the policies for owning, occupying and use of the community. To view the set of community covenants, click here.
  • Guidelines set forth by the Chelan Ridge Community for construction of homes are in place to help blend the natural look of the community with the desire to build and enjoy your dream home! Removal of trees, a plan for erosion control and home design with elevationsmust be approved by the architechural commitee. For more information on building in the Chelan Ridge Community, click here
  • Short Term Rentals. Short term rentals are allowed (through approval from Chelan County and require yearly registration and fee).
    Chelan County has recently (2021) inacted fairly strict guidelines in place for short term rentals; governing the number of allowed STRs in specific areas. To learn more about Chelan County's Short Term Rentals, visit our guide here.
Homeowner dues: $ 33.00/monthly
