Community Overview: Chelan Hills
Welcome to the Chelan Hills neighborhood! One of the most sought after communities in Chelan, Washington. Located on the north side of Lake Chelan just 2.5 miles out of downtown. Below we've put together a brief overview of the neighborhood, location, amenities and rules & regulations associated with all 4 divisions of Chelan Hills.
Ammenities:
Currently, there are 503 lots within the 4 divisions of the Chelan Hills association featuring:

- Three private community parks (two are Lake Chelan waterfront)
- Two community outdoor pools.
- Main Park has a pool, playground area, tennis & basketball, a T-dock and stairs for swimming and lake access as well as a Gazebo for BBQ's and picnics.
- Willows Park has lakefront with swimming area and watercraft buoys.
- The Division 2 Lakeview Park is home to a large pool with lap swim lanes , children's swim, play area and a large grass picnic area.

Short term rentals are allowed (through approval from Chelan County and require yearly registration and fee).Chelan County has recently (2021) inacted fairly strict guidelines in place for short term rentals; governing the number of allowed STRs in specific areas.
