Community Overview:  Brewster

Welcome to Brewster, Washington! Best known for growing a large number of the world's apples & cherries, and for it's prime fishing location on the mighty Columbia. Located on the west side of the Columbia River 65 miles north of Wenatchee. Below we've put together a brief overview of the communities, location, and things to do in Brewster!

Communities:

• In-Town Living
• East Bay.  A newer neighborhood in downtown Brewster featuring 2 private community docks on the beautiful Columbia River.
• Columbia View Estates.  A small gated community located just one mile out of town, this newer neighborhood features homesites with beautiful Columbia River views.
• Elite 8 Estates.  Just 5 minutes out of town, this neighborhood features 8 Homesites on the east side of the Columbia River with community dock.
• Silver Spur.  Located above the Brewster Flats, this country living neighborhood is complete with a clubhouse; featuring table games, pool table, hottub, and pool!
• Brewster Flats.  For non-neighborhood, larger acreage living, consider the Brewster flats. Close to town, acreage and room to spread out!
• Brewster Bar.  Located on the east side of the Columbia River, just minutes to downtown Brewster. Brewster Bar is non-neighborhood living, with some farms and larger acreage.
